I don't recommend putting in an online enquiry for quotes with these guys as I have been harassed by them relentlessly! I have blocked so many variations of their mobile number and they just keep calling

I ticked the "email me quote" option and when putting in my mobile number it states "Cluey will only contact you after they have sent you multiple quotes"

I received ONE, and I want this harassment to STOP

I didn’t know who called me until I came here I was assuming when I searched the number that it was a scam because of the amount of complaints but it’s just a tutoring agency harassing people

I googled this number before I picked up. My child is on Cluey Learning so I finally answered. It was just to advise me on a change in schedule. I then read the comments. I didn't know it was like this. For what it is worth, my child is using them and I am mostly satisfied. Reading through this you'd think they were a really bad business. I think they should really clean up their quote/follow up system because it looks really bad.

I keep blocking they're number but they call on a new one. I even send message saying I'm sticking with current tutor don't bother...but they do.

Cluey Learning, absolutely ridiculous. non stop calls after an online enquiry. Definitely not going to be using them.

This phone number (Metro Carpet Repairs) has been using our residential address as their company address. Absolutely horrified! Have contacted them by phone and email asking them to take my address off their register. Today I have been in touch with ASIC who say it is not a registered company, Cyber Crime Watch and Brownbook to hopefully take our address off. It seems to have worked but Brownbook still has our address. After many hours on the net we have found this company is not registered on ASIC, and has not been put onto the cyber crime yet!!! I have had nothing to do with this business so I am not sure how they got our address. We do not answer our residential phone unless it is from someone we know, so please watch out if dealing with this company!!!

Oh my goodness me too. They are relentless.

Still being harrased by phone despite texting them I've found another solution. STOP CALLING ME.

The same. They call and call and call. All the tactics they used feel scammy. Eg payment only open for 30 mins, person on phone happen to go to my sons school, discount first session s, but again must pay now. Given the amount of options for tutoring you think these people would clue on to this not being the way to approach parents. Not very cluey at all.

Do not use these people. They have devised a way that if you go with them, the minimum charge is 4 weeks tutoring charge. Repeat be aware if your daughter or son doesn’t like the tutor and you wish to leave they will hit you with 4 weeks in advance payment. You must give 4 weeks notice before you cancel. There is no one you can call to resolve any dispute. Pathetic stay away

I requested a quote from Cluey Learning a few weeks ago (2023) and have not received one written quote, but have had multiple texts and voicemails. I don’t want a discussion at this point! I just want a quote. The relentless calls and texts just make them a place/person to avoid at all costs. How could I possibly want them to have anything to do with my child?

They keep calling using different numbers. I didn't make any enquiry about tutoring so bo idea where they got my number from.

Had a missed call from them today, no message left to call them back, so I had to come here to find out it was Cluey. Good to read all the comments here. I left my number online requesting a tution quote for my son in January. No quote received. Now I will definitely stay away from this company and spread a word out how unproffessional and a pesty this company operates.

Made one enquiry regarding tutoring for the coming year. Specifically asked for email contact only. Bombarded with call after call.

As a result, will not be using them. One client lost who would have resulted in a years worth of tutoring at least.

Their marketing borders on harassment. I was very clear in my email request for the type of information I was after and the timeframe. This could have very easily been covered off via email and not a weekly telephone call for the past few months that has now resulted in me blocking their calls.
