It came up as suspected spam reported as survey on the note thing, don't know why they call asking for a survey thing this early in with just getting support this week

I followed up an email. The phone number is for a legitimate company.

The National Disability Insurance Agency has asked Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) to conduct an independent survey of NDIS participants and their family members and carers. This short survey will ask people about their views of their recent contact with the Agency.

Please click on this link to take the survey, which is hosted by Qualtrics. It should only take you 5 minutes to complete. You can also call us on 0488 856 436 and complete the survey over the phone. We may also attempt to contact you from this number.
