One rude individual, missed call at 7:02 PM, left food at front door and when I opened door he abused me for not answering phone, said he had been trying for half an hour!

I called back number (02) 8017 2650 reached IVR for Smoke Alarms Australia.

Automated voice message saying, "If you have a problem with your order, visit the Menu Log help page." I have not ordered anything from Menu Log.

I've not ordered Menulog, number called my ph at 1.40am, I rejected call.

All he had to do was ring the bell. I am temporary in a disabled centre whilst waiting for housing
I had to get the door open two minutes he went to another staff is running around trying to keep with and he left the food anyway. I pregave him a tip. Menulog fire him

I had similar situation with him , 2 calls from his number I called back said to come out front and get food I said porch light is on and to come to my unit he insisted I come out I said no you can come to my door , he drove to door handed food out window said angrily he has been waiting for 15mins out on road. I said no you are paid to bring to the door it's all part of the service. He wound window up and drive off. Gave 1 star on menulog if I could give a negative I would have. Rude rude rude

Missed call couldn't get to phone called back no response. Rang only to get message telling me if have a problem contact menu log help line :/ DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD despite it showing now DELIVERED! Just spent the best of an hour chasing up with online help, they gave a vouch but it does not get my son and I the food I have already paid for! Menu long drivers are going to be the death of small business

This number sent a random text message just saying ‘hi’ but nothing more... don’t know who it is. Smells like a scammer

I called back number 0488 850 784 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
