This number was incorrectly listed on a Menulog order as "customer number".

Menulog has this as their "customer service" number instead of the customers number ,so the driver calls the menulog service to get the customer contacted, if there is a question about the delivery.

This number is on my ML customer contact number also. How would they contact me if there is an issue delivering my order?

Menulog driver woke me up by buzzing my apartment three times with a late food delivery for another resident in my apartment building. Not expecting anyone, I didn't answer the buzzer but then found a bag of food outside my front door. The phone number for the intended recipient turned out to be wrong. As this seems to have been a recurring problem with Menulog for several years, I'm surprised they are still in business. I would never use them.

The number ending in 873 seems to be ML scam as many have said. Same guy calls from the number ending in 771, making racist comments and death threats, refuses to explain why and harasses restaurant staff on social media. Be wary, he seems to be very hostile and threatens with violence etc. but then deleted his social media/blocked incoming calls in order not to get reported. Threatened to burn down restaurants and uses very poor and disrespectful language.

Seems to be a safety thing for Menulog. The driver calls the number, gets autodirected to your number. That way they don't post your actual number for any wacko to find. I dunno, I think I've only seen it on a single receipt for a store that's a five minute walk away. (order was too big to carry, and I don't have a car)

Agree with all the previous posts. We have never ordered a delivery from Menulog and owing to all the deliveries we get at our address, we never will. Ice cream delivered to our address on Sunday night. They never ring the doorbell or knock. I did not find until 9.30am Monday morning. Should menulog be held accountable for their constant wrong deliveries?

This number is on Menulog as being "to contact customer call" - that's not my number. To make matters a little difficult - there's no contact details for the particular restaurant in Menulog anywhere so how am I to contact them!!

seems to be a generic Menulog number. which in this case, makes menulog the WORST food delivery service.

Same as above. Seems to be the default number that Menulog use for everyone. Crazy. If there's an issue you can't be contacted. After this, and the last issue I had with ML where I had to cancel the order after 1.5 hours past delivery time (and the food was already cooked), I think I'll just order direct with the restaurants from now on.

I ordered on Menulog for a pick up order and after a long period of time with no call that order was ready I phoned the takeaway place and order was ready. When went to pick up this number was on docket as contact customer number

This number came up on my Menulog docket. Service provider called it to assist delivery but no answer. It is not my number.

This number was also listed on my menu Log receipt.

Same as all above, but my order was dropped off at someone else's house and they couldn't contact me cause my number wasn't on the bloody docket 😂
