With such numbers that you do not know of, just ignore them. Even if they are legit. (My friends and even relatives don't give out my number/s, even when I tell them not to give my number out‼️) Just use common sense (which no one seems to do) and then, block them. I have received a few calls from this number, and while it was ringing each time it informed me as "Potential Fraud".
