just received their call but didn't answer, looked up number history on here, convinced its a scam

Messaged someone through whatsapp and this number called back. Not going to pick it up, Phone detects scam caller.

Caller: I don’t know.

They called me. I didn’t get back to my phone quick enough to answer and they didn’t leave a voice message or anything. I think it’s a scam call.

trying to scam me into new electricity contract where they get a cut of my bill which in fact will cost me more than they are stating.
There is no discount, be careful, they say it is cheaper but it is not, your bill will be higher after using their service

answered , didn’t say anything , hung up , i called back and sent to voice message for a “business” called ‘power saver’
obvious scam call, beware

Nothing said, likely someone trying to get you to speak and record words for use in future scams.... don't speak, just hang up and block.
