just had a call saying they were working with optus and I have a debt, I called optus and they said I was up to date, I called back and they said they wouldn't find me in their system but knew my name and birthday.

Scam call trying to say Optus and provide bpay number to pay outstanding balance. The caller is called Erin and very friendly in an attempt to scam you. Also has business number (02) 4201 0663.

Caller: “Financial” Claiming to offer business financial services. Told the caller straight away I wasn’t interested and she got huffy before hanging up. Very likely a scammer as most legit financial services companies would be calling from an 03 number. Block.
