Have no ide what they wanted as I hung up after hearing where she was from. Am feed up with all these bullsh*t calls. I have had the same phone number for 15 years, I don’t give out my number to anyone. I don’t enter competitions with my number, so how are they getting my “silent”number???? f*ck OFF!!!!

Older sounding woman called from 0488 828 410 and asked if owned a property, mortgaged, working, under 59 years of age to be eligible for a Gov incentive as pension won't be around for much longer. Told her that I had done a search on the number and it is a scam. I did say I had an accountant but she didn't seem to care & kept going. Then I said I have to work & goodbye.

Number came up as "possible scam or fraud caller", so blocked and deleted the number.

Went to my voicemail. I deleted the message and blocked the number.

They called on a landline, gave them a bit of what for, then this mobile number called straight after and hung up when answered.

bitcoin spam. unwanted, unsolicited.

Called this morning. 'Information Australia'. Older lady who wouldn't accept "I have a financial planner and need no further assistance" as a polite way to end the call. In the end, had to get quite aggressive before hanging up. Asked how she got my number despite being on the do not call register. Blocked it now!

Australian Accent Asked if I was home owner working from home under age of 60, asked if I fitted that category. I asked who she was again and who is Information Australia, she just repeated everything again but did not explain who the company was etc, she did say it was not a telemarketing call. I said sorry I am renting that was the end of it. Sounds suspicious to me

They use a bogus name in order to bypass the "Do not call" register. If you complain, they hang up. If you bite, then someone from Active Consulting (http://active-consulting.com.au/) calls you back.
