Have had 3 calls from this number. 2 calls I missed but they left no message, 1 call I answered and it hung up. Am assuming it's a scam to get people to ring back?

I called back number 0488 828 037 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

ive answered and blank like rang back says this number not connected starting to really annoy me
