The link in the message looks a bit suspicious but confirmed it is a reminder service for Dr's appointment so no problem. If you are unsure about a message like this, check with your Dr.

At first glance however, my 1st thought was it was related to Scotty from marketing & his fascist tracing app. Lol. Paranoid much?! Pays to be these days!!
