why the hell they would just keep calling me i keep on blocking them but they just call from other number

I get so many telemarketer and scam calls that now I don't answer if I don't know the number. If it's urgent, they will leave a message or call back. I get this crap numerous times a week.

This is getting ridiculous. Vodafone sells personal phone numbers without permission yet apparently we still have to put up with harassment numerous times a day and it's all above board.

I did not pick up because I'm pretty sure it is spam. So don't bother to pick up because you will have to be rudy hang up on the person. Just block the number and that's all

Extremely rude lady.. I received a missed call so I called back thinking it was urgent, and I was going into a meeting so when she said she was from Cruise Megastore I said I can't talk now as I was going into a meeting. Her response was, "Why did you call then if you're going into a meeting?". I wouldn't have if I didn't think it might be urgent coming from a mobile number.

Just found a RED missed call, I call on the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY to take charge and remove each and every one of these foolish harmful Pests off of our backs today and for ever, in The Power of LORDJESUS’ MIGHTY NAME, amen.

I surely do know who had sold my number to these foolish Scams & Pests. It was not a competition or an RSL Club or Coles or Woolworths Online.

It was that ONE stop I did, to inquire about a Mother’s Day Promotion of an unfamiliar mobile that was serviced by a young nice looking female (asian) outside Parramatta Woolworths.

She super insisted and w/incredible persistence to get to my number which is another win to them if one decided not to go ahead w/the purchase. My two university-student children were present and were shaking their heads already so that I stop and move on, as the phone itself was never an option to them. She said she wanted the number to call me on the following day, in case I forgot or did not want to place extra cost on my phone. I ended up giving her the number after she promised not to call me even if I could not call her on “that” next day!

GOD forgive her, that next day was a Mother’s Day Sunday and we had a special Church Service & Mother’s Day celeb with lunch afterwards. She lied and crossed the line and called me the next day instead of me calling her after 2PM!! I knew it was gonna take upto 2pm and I warned her. She called me at 11:30am and again 10min later, not once but twice^^ and during Worship & Healing Prayers, too! However, my mobile was on silent, as always, but still I was very much upset even at myself for trusting her!! I decided not to call back and dropped the whole matter off.

I felt bad bc I respect and bless others and deserve, or at least, expect respect back. I never ever and do NOT give my phone number out bc I know my abilities and limitations. I did not update it or leave it w/anyone else (besides that foolish woman) but to family Physician, Emergency, Hospital, Optometrist, Dental, Church and my immediate family. I don’t do RSL Clubs any more nor join sports, cruises, community events or do Car Competitions or Shops Promotional Notifications. Even my utility billers are restricted from calling or txting re promotions or upgrade bc of my restricted mobility and allocated limited resources.

Painfully, I believe I have to purchase a new silent number and go through the whole process of update it with or give it to all my health and emergency services and contacts.

A big shame, that is in this day and age, to have have Pests & Scams preying on others (the elderly, the vulnerable and the youngsters) and blockedbehind a phone set or a computerised device, like this. When technology is heightened, people flourish and grow wiser and better off, not slide back and dunk to lowest levels. But shamefully, it took ONE desperate, irresponsible and greedy person to sell out my silent number to such weak fools & Pests who never ceased harassing and pestering (92 numbers since 2017’s Mother’s Day). Random telemarketing phone call and asked me "Are you still looking for the cruise package". I had no idea why I had this phone call and how did she got my number.
