Telemarketer caller at 1400hrs on a Saturday offering non-specified discounts on electricity prices. Claimed it was for a property in a suburb that I have never lived in (in a different state). Could not give me an address - just a postcode.

Indian guy from power company asking for my electricity bill then wanting me to confirm my details as stated on such bill. I told him p... off scammer. I'm getting lots of calls from 0488 numbers and now will never answer them.

Claimed to be calling about my electricity bill (without saying which company). She asked how I was & when I said "Never mind that, what do you want?", she hung up.

Hung up as soon as I picked up the call.

Did not leave a message. Most likely scam caller.

Rang and hung up 4-5 times yesterday and as far as i know 3-4 times today. Clearly another of many parasite scams. But of all scam calls which do have someone speak, it is usually a Indian. Disgusting race with no pride and will do anything for money. BTW I am Asian.
