Called saying that I had filled in a competition form online and that I have one a free prize of a $100 Dan Murphys gift card, $1000 cash or Bunnings/Woolworths/Coles card.

A man just called from 0488 823 873,
said I had won an iPhone, $100 gift card or something else. He said he just needed to get some details from me. Asked for my address. Before giving him information I asked what was the competition I entered? He said I had recently entered a “WIN AN IPHONE” competition online and gave me the address that i apparently entered the competition with. It was not my correct current address. He then asked for my new details and I told him I now live in QLD, he said the competition is only for NSW and VIC residents and he would remove me from the list.

I returned a call from this number 0488 823 873 but no one answered the call

A woman called from 0488 823 873. After I interrogated her for the name of her business she said that she was from a business called Belouis. She then went on to say that I had won prizes including an iPhone due to having entered a competition, which was clearly a lie. As soon as I noted that I would NEVER enter any competitions she hung up.

Based upon the experience of others, this is a dangerous business that is trying to extract confidential information. Beware!

This just happened to me also from this number!!

These people have called twice and encounter my voicemail but failed to provide a message. Blocking them now!

Hung up when i answered

Called and no message left.

Messaged them to ask who they were as I missed their call and they never replied.

Caller: Scam

This guy is a f*cking scam!!! Trying to say I won $1000. He was asking everything about my mortgage. He also said I was living at my old address and was then asking about the details on my new property! Do not answer. Block the number.
