Just got a call from them... asked if I had been in a car accident for the past 2 years.

Caller: ‘Adam’

Sounded like overseas connection. Advised my phone number was linked to a vehicle accident and he was my claim manager. Scammer

I have them on block but they called again today. I would love to ask them how the scam is going and if they are hiring as I'm looking to get into the scam industry.

Just got a scam call from the number 0488 823 012 asking if I had been in a car accident in the last 2 years. I hung up.

Something about compensation for an accident that never happened. Couldn't understand what the sheila was saying her accent was so thick with curry

Caller: Said they were legal assist

Male Indian caller rang saying they were from legal assist regarding an accident I’d had in the last 2 years. I hung up on them. I had put in a claim earlier that day. Am going to contact my insurer as the Indian male I spoke to at their company sounded exactly the same and also tried to ask questions I felt were unrelated to my accident. Coincidence I think not !

Scam telling me I have had a car accident some time ago and continued to speak over the top of me. Could hardly understand what she was saying. Ended up hanging up and blocking the number

I can only presume the same as everyone else here. Did not leave a message.

Car Crash Scam - Said that someone with this number had a crash in last 2 years. I said no. She hung up.

When I rang back a message said 'Optus regrets to inform you that this number has been disconnected'

Claiming to be from legal assist. And yes to do with car accident. I yelled at them and told them to stop calling me as I’m now getting calls from them weekly

Indian caller saying he was from "Legal Assist". I said I'm not interested and he replied "But you haven't listened to me so how can you know..." and I cut the call off. Bloody scam/spammers!

Like the others on this site I was told my number was owned by someone who had a car accident in the last two years. Told him never to call this number again. It is a scam.

Just got a call from 0488 823 012, picked up and no one was talking so hung up. Super strange.
