Caller: Mumbled

Caller said I had a car crash in past two years.
I said the F word and told him to urinate off.

I called back number 0488 823 012 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Scam. Claimed my phone number was attached to a car crash report and asked if it was true if I had had a car crash in the past two years. The moment I set him straight and lied and said I didn't have a car he hung up. Nice try buddy!

Same just happened to me too

This is a car accident scam. I had fun with them and played along and they ended up telling me to Get Effed and hung up because I was wasting their time!

Upon my Call back apparently I need to press 1 to arrange an advisor to call me back regarding an accident that I know has not occurred.

Vehicle insurance scam don’t answer

it was about a road accident (which I have not had)

Caller: Kim Diaz from The Super Information Line

This number called me, but keeps on cutting off, so I returned the call wanting to know who this is. A lady called Kim Diaz from THE SUPER INFORMATION LINE. She knew the full name, told her the person connected to the mobile number is overseas, she said she will call back and hung up. Number blocked now.

They have information from ATO
They are calling about supernuation

Same as previous. I called back but didn't even connect.

Male caller rang saying he was from Legal Assist, and that he had received my number from a car accident claim. Then he proceeded to ask if I had been in an accident in the last two years. My answer was no. He then hung up straight away.
Weirdly he knew my name. Don't be fooled though...

Same thing happened.
Claimed to be from Legal Assist and was calling in regards to an accident claim in the past 2 years.
I told him I didn't have a car and he said, it could also be a workplace injury.
I said, well seeing as you called- you tell me what the accident was.
And he said something about accents and then hung up.

Guy with thick accent claiming to be from "Legal Assist" same old story, asking if I've been in a car accident in the last two years that wasn't my fault - oldest scam in the book! They really should give up by now and get a real job!!

SCAMMERS, probably African. As per above, wanted to extract information for "a car crash I was involved in". Caller was told what to do to themselves.

Had an Australian accent, Said he was from Legal Assist. Said he got my number but I hung up on him. Number blocked.

Nothing to start with, then a faint voice asking me about a car accident. I hung up, he hasn't called back.

Triggered a "missed call" and a missed call message (nice try, spammer, I don't even answer calls from people I know!), despite having the "do not accept calls from numbers not in my contacts" command on. I see this is a spam number and has been operating for a long time...
