When you anwser they hang up

This is a third party telemarketing company who's employed by an Australian business called The Super Review Team. This company sells client prospects to financial advisers. I spoke with a manager from their team and explained about my experience. He thought my experience and opinion was irrelevant and said it's not his fault what the third party does. It's not them. He failed to acknowledge that because he's employed them to make these calls, his company is responsible.

Government officials need to be doing more to put a stop to this type of harassment

I’m so sick of getting so many telemarketing or super or tax office calls etc, even though I’m registered on the Do Not Call government list!

Superfund review from government agency thing. She said it’s really important but when she ask if I have money at least 25k in superfund or not. I said no then she said have a good day and hang up. Haha. Really important

Best way to deal with this is when they ask "Is this [your name]". Just reply with simply "No its not". Hear them baulk and say "Sorry, I must have the wrong number" and hang up. Then picture them sitting there confused and second-guessing themselves and maybe even deleting your number from the list that has been resold around the world a 1000 times over...

called back 15 minutes later...same thing.

I had a call from 0488 823 033 asking if I knew that there were changes to Superannuation?
I asked for verification of who the name, ABN ACN of the company now calling me?
The caller stated "National Review Team" and proceeded with their obvious pitch.
I asked for their website for verification. Given as www.nationalreviewteam.com and a phone number to contact them (07) 3088 1758
It's purely a marketing call, but like many such calls, when the caller is pitching, they do appear to be a scam. (07) 3088 1758

Scammer Spammer. Calling themselves "The Super Review", Cold calling financial products (illegal in Australia) to scam you out of your superannuation. They are based in Pakistan. Don't call them back unless you want to mess with them. Have fun.

Annoying caller that never leaves a voice message. I have blocked them. Others on this site say that they are a telemarketing company. Others say they are spam. Either way, don't bother calling them back.

The intro attempted to create an image of representing the government or ASIC registered company. Tried to sell an "opportunity" due to government laws re super. Refused to tell what business they actually represent. Could not give me their ABN, but gave web address as: https://www.nationalreviewteam.com
They were promptly reported by me for failing to check the do not call register.

pretend to be from the government. Asking me three questions on:

age group bracket
worked for five years
has over a certain amount in the super account

I answer yes to all of them. Then they say to send me something. What a scam!

Got a phone call same as the other people, said my super would be cancel but are 8 months too late as the rule came in regarding no activity on super last year. they said they would have an advisor call me, I said no thanks and hung up.
