Said they were Australian cyber security and not to tell my bank that I had spoken to them. Have since received 50+ phone calls from him in the last 2 days all from different mobile numbers. Definitely a scam.

I got a message saying my phone number had changed in my profile and to ring the CBA if it wasn't me who did it. I checked profile, all was good. I rang CBA and they said if someone accidentally changed their own number and made a typo, and put in my number, when they realised this and then changed it back, it would automatically send a text to the existing number(mine/their typo) when they change it back to their correct number.

Purported to be from Commonwealth Bank (CBA) but confirmed with the bank that it was not. Worryingly knew details of a transaction though, and was trying to elicit payment.

I received a text message around 8pm one night that said my IT problem with my account was fixed.
At first I thought it was a scam but then remembered I had lodged a ticket with IT at the CBA couple of weeks ago.
I then checked my online account and it was fixed. So this is not a scam but a very unusual way for CBA to to pass on messages
Maybe just used by the IT department. So it is not a scam number.

Received an sms text message. My name isn’t Helen & I don’t have an account with commonwealth bank at Cabramatta so why would I call June at cba Cabramatta on 87611960 regarding a non urgent matter. Has to be a scam

A scam SMS telling that my CBA credit card has been locked. I added it to the blacklist.

Said they are from commbank and have sent an email (also from KYC). I deleted both and got another msg.

Some ppl say it’s a scam others think it’s legit. I’m leaving it and will check with my bank.

The message I received last night after it called me, why CBA called me after working time and is that a message from real CBA
"Hi my name is Pri and I am calling from the Commonwealth Bank with regards to a personal banking matter."

got a call asking to input code MCO1 , smelt of a scam and after seeing all the complaints is a scam

100% scam. Claims to be combank which I don’t have. It’s a dumb scam because they messaged me a reset code. No number or anything possibly useful. But just ignore this old number that has been doing this for years.
