A stranger calling and saying I’m paying too much for electricity. Stupidly I said “How would know?” That question prompted an aggressive spiel and I had to hang up on him. I will no longer answer unknown numbers.

Claim to be connected with Ausgrid and offering competitive rates. Asking for NMI reading. I'm not sure if this is information that could compromise me. I suggested he give me his email address and I would send it to me. Asked for NMI first.
