Said they were from Telstra and that i have unusual activity on my IP address. I asked why Telstra would be calling me and the lady abused me on the phone and said I was a time waster!! (oh the irony) I guess she wasn't expecting to be calling someone who had been in a cyber security course all day!

I’m not with Telstra so I hung up, stupid scammer.

Answered this call and an Aussie sounding bloke kept saying Hello - Hello - as if he couldn't hear me. Tried calling back and engaged signal. I had been on compare the market recently and noticed a spike in calls since then

Caller: Claimed they were from Telstra

Man with an Indian accent claimed to be from Telstra telling me they had noticed usual activity on my IP address, asked if I had recently changed it from private to public as now anyone can monitor my online activity. When I questioned why Telstra would have that information he claimed that Telstra control all IP addresses in this country. When I question that again he put the phone down.

Initial call was from (03) 7076 1298 and straight after was 0485 983 534. Was flagged as potential fraud so did not answer.

I didn’t say anything anticipating it to be a scam. After me not talking for 4 seconds, they hung up.

Caller: Claimed to be calling from Commonwealth Bank enquiringly about a transaction which was made.

Just called me and see it’s a scammer

I tried to call this number back, with my caller ID off. It just has the busy tone. I blocked this number !

Claimed to be from COMM bank stating they received an international payment. I don't even have an account.

Got a call from this number. Vodafone identified it as "potential fraud" so I did not answer it.
