Continuing to call and hang up when answered

Scam call! Called me multiple times and left voice messages saying they "compare energy". You could hear other people in the background - clearly a call center.

Have had missed calls from this number every day for almost a week. I do not say anything when I pick up, there is silence for exactly 30 seconds every time and then they hang up. Must be some sort of automated calling system that reacts when you talk

Claiming to be from compare the market for gas and electricity to " try and get me a better deal "and my child made a sound in the background. Lady stopped and laughed and was practically asking for child to be quiet. Then asked if she had my consent to transfer me to an Australian call centre in which I said no. Thought it was strange a mobile number was ringing me and I said no to the consent.
