Just had a call from this number, to my landline. As I didn't recognise the number, I let it go through to the answering machine. Once my outgoing message began the caller hung up. Has to be a scam. These calls are becoming ever more frequent, usually at least one per day.

Caller: Fake Visa Mastercard Security

Fake Visa Mastercard security with a transaction that needed to be cancelled. I kept them on the phone for 13 minutes before they realised I was not falling for it. They were not happy with me at the end. I got a laugh though.

Caller: Scammer

Called me saying my Commonwealth Bank account has had a fraudulent transaction. When I called him out - because I don’t have a Commonwealth account, he hung up. BEWARE THIS PERSON IS A SCAMMER.

calls at least once a day for the past 3-4 days, no message and "not available" on call back

hung up immediately after answering.

Yet another scammer/telemarketer

they called saying there was an international transaction of $2000 and I should check my accounts while on the phone and tell her. I hung up. she said she was from visa AND MASTERCARD.
