Recorded message from fake ANZ - Hi this is Brenda from ANZ, credit card purchase for $1299, press 1 to ok, press 2 to decline. Something like that. This is my third call from recorded Brenda within 3 weeks on three different mobile numbers.

Yes just had a call yesterday 27/11/2024 from Brenda from ANZ the amount was exactly the same $1299 - Didn't respond and hung up. It must be doing the rounds - this number was outside country +44 1271 879 704

tried to call number back and get message that no message can be left as voicemail is full. Probably a scam caller

As soon as I answered they hung up

Caller: A robotic woman claiming to be bank.

They called up and a robotic voice of a woman said that I tried to take out money from the bank. A deposit I believe. It was an informal number so I quickly ended call as it was definitely a scammer.

Just hung up when answered
