Called them back, some unknown insurance company. I asked them to take me off their database and they hung up

I received a call from this number - 0485 950 832 and read these helpful posts, blocked number.

Caller: Some unknown & unheard of insurance number

Said they were selling business insurance. But they called twice and hung up on me. Only said their name when I called from a different phone. Don't risk it.

I saw them persistently call my 15 yr. She doesn't have any insurance!

Wanted to discuss my insurance to "save you some money". I asked not to be called again and terminated. Number blocked.

From some insurance company. I just hung up

Telemarketer / spam callers

Massive scammers. They run several scams. Do not trust. Do not answer. To be honest just block all numbers that start with 0485 as they are probably all scams. Hope this helps.

Received a text saying I'd missed a call from this number. No message left. Sitting right next to my phone, and it didn't ring. This seems to be a tactic to get you to call them.

Yup Insurance company asking when our policy renewals are happening and can help us "save money". I politely told her that we just renew ours and happy with our current relationship with our agent so not interested and just before i hung up she still attempt a " That ok we dont need you to do anything.. click" yes you don't, good bye...
