Text message saying that the primary contact details for your MySL have changed. If you did not request this then contact a pharmacy or clinic that you have granted access to your MySL. Rang my normal chemist, they said that my account looked fine, and if it didn't have a Government issued Tag/ID on the number, it was more than likely a scam. DO NOT RESPOND

Caller: 0485 940 400 SCAM. DO NOT RESPOND AND BLOCK.
Received two scam SMS messages one after the other:
1. "Do you authorise Soul Pattinson Chemist on Smith Street to see your prescriptions in MySL? Reply 1-YES, 2-YES one day only or 3-NO."

Never heard of MySL. If you are concerned, please ask your local chemist to check your scripts.

Caller: Medicare This number is legitimately Medicare. If you got a message you weren't expecting it's most likely someone accidentally put the wrong number in, for example, at a chemist. Medicare uses this number to notify that your details need updating (you do this by calling Medicare, or by using MyGov, not through the SMS) and to confirm allowing a pharmacy to see your eScripts.

Text message asking -
Do you authorise cessnock chemist to access your medical records on MySL
Click the link
We do use MySL for online prescriptions, so I assume that service has sold the data also.
