Said she was from “Help Scout” and said it was an insurance comparison and said I had used their service before but I have definitely not and they must have sourced my details from Compare the Market, which I have used. Lied and said we were “picking up where we took off” yet could not tell me anything about how I used their service.

A number I'm not aware of so I didn't answer. No message was left. I assume it might be Health Insurance related as I've been receiving calls like this several times a day from different numbers ever since I contacted Compare the Market to check Health Insurance Funds.

I didn't recognise the number and do not normally answer these type of calls, but was waiting a business to call. I answered and said hello but the phone just hung up, so I looked up Reverse Australia and found others had also reported the number, so they are still using it to hassle people. Block and report 👍

Called and I answered was silent for 5 seconds before hanging up

Some call center lady calling and I had to ask her to repeat herself because she speaks way too fast for not knowing english very well, annoying cold caller number
