This number keeps calling but when you try to ring back it says the phone number is not in use? Scam call assuming?

Caller: Someone claiming I had done a lifestyle survey I’ve received the same call from a few different numbers, claiming I had completed a lifestyle survey recently. I hang up and block, I have done no surveys and they’re either cold calling or scamming.

The number has called me twice this week when I rang back they asked if they were speaking with (name) of person who used to have my phone number over a decade ago. Never mentioned what company they were from.
