I received a call (0485 909 914) from Opti Choice. The first person asked for information about my health insurance and then transferred me to another representative who was supposedly from a different health insurance team to compare packages.

But things got strange. The second guy said he would compare insurance plans and, if he found a cheaper option, he would immediately switch my policy and handle all the paperwork—without even asking for my approval on which plan he was choosing.

When I told him I wanted to review the plan before making any changes, he said it was fine—I could always call him back if I wanted to change it later.

Honestly, it felt like a scam call.
