Keeps calling but leaves no voicemail or text

John from Aussie Futures called and advised straight up this was not a sales call and so I could put my credit card away. This peaked my interest and so I had him repeat that it was not a sales call, which he did. I asked some further questions and he advised this was their way of advertising and I then made the statement that if they were spending money on advertising they would certainly want a return on that money and so he advised that if we liked what they offered they would sell us services... I advised him then that this was indeed a sales call and he got all snotty and hung up... I suspect they are trying to lure you to a 'Free' sales seminar, hence the 'we are not selling you anything', line and when you rock up to the seminar they do the hard sell on some financial product... this call had that particular 'odour' that you sometimes smell when babies are around for a few hours.

Called me everyday for the past week - leave no message. Based on people posts have now blocked the number.

Said it was something about helping Aussies with mortgage repayments and paying down their houses faster etc. I said I didn't have a mortgage and he then said he would take me off the list. Was insistent for me to confirm my name, which i refused to do.

received a call today. but did not leave message.

Called me three times in the last week - no message and no voicemail. From the comments above I have blocked the caller

got a call today from "Aussie Futures" - lady went on a massive speal about interest rates, retirement, super and clearly was trying to rope me into something.
bailed on the call when they started trying to talk about tax, i use an accountant, im fine.
