He didn't speak a lot of English, spoke in Mandarin. I tried to tell him that it was the wrong number (in English and with a translation app in Mandarin)and he said no, no, can we talk on whatsapp. I said no, I think you have the wrong number, who are you trying to reach (using the translation app)? He said no, this is not the wrong number, you gave me this number (I understand enough mandarin to understand that). Eventually I gave up and just hung up. He didn't try calling me again or whatsapping me.

Kept saying in Chinese and asking if I can speak. Said no, and he hung up.

He knew my name but I hung up because I do not know who he is. He sounded like a Mainland Chinese which made me very suspicious.
