Spoke Chinese, I don’t know who he is. Acted like he knew me

when i picked up (i was expecting a call from a contractor but didn't know their number) it was a male speaking chinese. from my limited mandarin lessons i could tell he was asking if i could speak chinese when i asked who's calling in english. hung up after that.

Pretend to know me- but can’t tell my name.

Asking who is this and why I didn’t reply to him and forgets him.

Speaks lousy English. Then I heard Chinese background.
Told him to pay tariffs and he hang up.

Random guy starts speaking to me in Chinese like he knows me and knows my name. Fishy as hell.

same! said i helped him out with a wrong number dial and wanted to get my wechat lol

Was talked at rapidly in Mandarin, said something that sounded like 'wuntunna'??? when I told him I didn't understand and only speak English, he terminated the call.

This guy just called me and spoke to me almost entirely in Mandarin. He claimed to know me and said he spoke to me 2 months ago and tried to express offense that I didn't know him and referred to my name. My number is private and google doesn't come up with my number so its frightening to receive such a call. When I reverted to communicating to him in english he got angry and hung up.
