Keeps phoning both night and day, no message

This is a bogus caller and if you call back the phone number is not available.

2 numbers my phone tags as spam ending in 1 and 2 keep calling me.

Identified as Oscar from Energy something?.?.

Claimed to be calling from Telstra and asked me to open a web browser to key in an IP address. She wants to show me that someone is using my internet which is violating my privacy LOL

Caller: Someone saying they were from Telstra

They aren’t Telstra as I contacted Telstra via their app & they confirmed it wasn’t them.
The ppl tried getting my details for my internet

I missed the call when it came in. They didn't leave a message. I should have checked here first, but instead I called the number back. The automated voice said, "The number you have dialled is not taking calls from this service." That's rich!! When will my phone say that to scammers?

Over weeks repeated calls at different times of day/night, does not leave voice messages, and when answered SILENT then hangs up. NEVER identifies who is calling.
