Some woman calling me about money I could win ($10,000) having done a lifestyle survey some time ago - could not be genuine. She asked “what would I put $10000 towards if I did win?”

Yea I’ve noted this too, I’m always sus of 0485 numbers I mean my good mate has one of these numbers so they aren’t all bad numbers but almost every time it’s a scammer or nuisance

0485 nos. are always suspect. I dismissed the call, would never say 'hello' to such a no.

A lady with foreign accent saying I was in the running to win $10,000 after I had supposedly completed a survey.
I routinely decline doing surveys, so I knew this was some kind of scam.

I did the only thing you should do with scammers. I hung up!

I also got a call from this number two days ago. I didn't answer and the caller didn't leave any message.

Fraud

I had the same lady say the same thing but told me it was a seminar on home owning and rising cost of living. She also said I could win ($10,000) as I had done a lifestyle survey at some stage.

Caller: “Lifestyle survey”

I had the same call asked me a heap of personal financial questions about my earnings and my equity.
