Called and the name Levitate came up. It stopped ringing before I could answer it. Left no message. A few days earlier Levitate called again but under a different number 0406 349 554

Caller: Telemarketing

Said it was about superannuation. I said I was retired so she said oh ok then, thanks, and hung up. Seriously I wouldnt buy anything from these telemarketers. I make it a point not to. If I want to buy something, change super, get insurance etc I will source it. Go away.
BTW I just changed providers to Boost which is via Telstra network. Since then I have been inundated with scam calls, telemarketing calls, etc. So my details must have come from them as I didn't get many of these before. Now I average 2 a day.

Received a call from male Telemarker from Levitate asking about my Superannuation, when I replied " I am not interested at the moment" he kept talking I then replied "I am sorry I am busy at work at the moment" He then replied "Well you answered the phone you musn't be that busy" To which I replied " I beg your pardon" Which he replied "You're not that busy you answered your phone didn't you" "I then asked where he was from again and he hung up. I tried calling the number back and got a recorded message from Levitate. Extremely rude and unprofessional on all levels.

I answered and said hello, but as there was a delay in them responding, I hung up before they spoke. Have since blocked the number.

Said they can provide superannuation review for free and will ask some questions.
Searched online, this scam will get your personal details and transfer your super to another fund which they can get commission.

Caller: Someone about finance.

I'd been expecting a call all morning & upon hearing my phone ring, naturally I answered it. The woman at the other end said my name & mentioned something about financial something or others. Now I'd completely stopped listening & gone into "play along mode", because finance talk to me is about as interesting as listening to politicians argue whilst watching paint dry!
Anywho, she seemed quite taken by my Irish accent (I get that a lot) & was more than willing to talk about anything I brought up to distract her away from trying to scam me for info.
When I asked if she was free for dinner, she giggled & told me she wasn't in my area but that my voice sounded lovely & made her quite "curious". I then asked if these calls were being screened, she giggled again, lowered her voice (for what reason I haven't a clue) & said "no, why"? I replied in my quietest, breathy voice; "good...so, how do you know where I am"?
And *click* we are no longer speaking.
Gee, I bet she's still thinking about me LOL!

I stupidly rang back and the message said to email Levitate. That way they get your email identity/information too, right? Disgusting.

Received an unsolicited call from this number. They knew my name. After they confirmed I was me, they said they were Levitate. I asked why they were calling. She seemed to be having a bad day, grumbled, and hung up. I can see now I was lucky.

Auto-dialler, dead air when I answered, young Aussie accented-male connected and said he was from Levitate Financial Services.

Scammer.

I hung up and blocked the no.

Knew my name, said they spoke to me last year, and asking if I was interested in making a "passive income"? If I was eligible...
I asked what a passive income was and he said a side income. I asked him to explain what or how a passive income is, stating I don't understand what it is, he continued to float around the question and never really answered it, I eventually said, if you can't tell me what this is and how it works, sorry but no thanks.
I do remember this group calling me previously. I'll be blocking this number, but they'll prob just use a different number.
