Was a call from Health Insurance Comparisons, they actually helped us find a better health insurance policy, and they also helped me 5 years ago with the same thing so I can say they are legit

This number called my mobile three days in a row but left no voice message. I do not answer calls from numbers that I don't recognise.

Same, someone was there. On the line
They didn't say anything.
After I said Hello ? A couple of times.
They hung up.

Received calls several days in a row. No voice, just silence and then call was disconnect by caller.

Hang-up as soon as I answered. WTF? What's the point of not speaking unless they're wanting to record me saying "hello" for identity theft?
