I called the number back and got a recording saying ‘ the global star service you have called is switched off or not in service’’ . I hung up, also I rung using a private number so they didnt get my ph number.

Like the previous commenters, it called me and did not leave a message. Have seen potential spam reports for the number on other sites.

Insisted that she wanted to talk to me, but I didn't have time.

Completely anonymous caller. No call back, no message. More than likely a Spam Call.

As others have commented - doesn’t leave a message. I did ring back but says the number is incomplete or incorrect so I have to assume it’s a nuisance call so I’ve blocked.
