Msg left after I didn't answer phone call. "Your delivery was unsuccessful - what to do next http://grupot etc

Am receiving txt messages from 0484 614 273. It reads "Private video in public domain: what is the reason? Then gives a link (did not open) https://sandbox.mason-tsai.com/b/ng/?79lqp6497zbe5. Am assuming is a scam of some description.

Clearly scam - “Our private video:why did they use it on this website?” Is the text with link
