Sent a text message to my number with a link to claim my apple prize....these texts are a pain###

I'm getting too many of these calls always addressing me - '(by my name) please accept my apology for not getting this to you sooner: mjio.online/VNh-LDeti' - can only be a scam and i'm not prepared to risk my internet to find out - anyone else getting these? not always directed to the same web site I have to say over multiple calls.. I have registered to not receive these idiot calls so why isn't it working
