calls at least 4 times per day - phone never rings and I get a Missed Call Service message with a number to call to opt out.

I just had the same call and hung up and googled who called me and hv seen these complaints. Definitely SCAM as it said it was either visa or Mastercard approval of $1,300 needed approval from me!
