Recorded male voice greeting me with "Dear Customer" when I answered the phone. Voice claimed to be from Visa & that there is a charge of over $1,000 for an overseas purchase of gift cards. Voice instructed me to press 1 to cancel the transaction or 2 to approve it. The recorded voice tells me the call is a SCAM & then the generic not personal greeting adds to it being a SCAM.
