Answered the call and it was an automated message saying it's Visa/Mastercard and that I owe a certain amount of money, and the dial 1 to connect. Knew it wasn't right so hung up. Rang back and of course it didn't connect. 100% scam

called twice with no message. I have now blocked the number thanks to the feedback here.

Caller: Said it was Telstra

Obviously not an Australian call, very noisy and scratchy, supposedly my number had been selected for a $50 discount on my next Telstra bill: Sounded dodgy so I said if it happens great, gave no more information and hung up.

Nuisance call. Left automated message. Blocked number.

Have today received three phone calls from numbers starting with 0483 9. They are 0483 917 829, 0483 913 419 and 0483 917 129
They all have comments against them to indicate they are scam calls. I have blocked them all but absolutely sick and tired of these bloodsuckers calling me to try and scam me.
I have not answered any of the calls and none of them have left messages. Now that i have all of these blocked I'm sure I will now end up with the full sequence of numbers calling me. It's about time they
obtained some real work to earn their money and stopped trying to obtain it illegally from people already doing it tough. Disgusted with them

I missed a call from 0483 917 829. On reading these reports, I didn't call back.

Scam call from woman with an Indian accent. Claimed to be from Telstra.

Second call today from an unrecognised mobile number beginning with 04839****. Usual thing, no message left. See it has been reported already. Very annoying because blocking one version doesn’t stop the other close numbers.

Someone purporting to be from NBN. Told them to get lost.

Caller: Robotic voice from something like BPaypal

Claimed I had a payment for $990 waiting for me. I hung up immediately.

We received 2 calls from this number on the same day. No message was left. That day we received multiple hung ups from various mobile numbers starting with 0483. None left a message.

Rang at almost 9pm W.S.T!! Ignored it. Didn't leave voice-mail. I rang it back in the morning, it rang once then a loud mechanical "CLICK" was heard. Tried again, same deal. Must be some sort of robotic calling system, they can call you but you can't call 'em back!!

I missed a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. I called back to hear a recording the number is disconnected..... spammed number!!
