Recorded message saying they were from Visa and Mastercard department. Hung up immediately.

Caller: Said he was Steve Johnson, from Visa/MasterCard security. Gave me his Employee ID number!

Said there were two transactions by a R Brown in New York earlier today for Us500 & US1299. Asked if I authorised them.
Proceeded to ask which Bank I was using. When I said I wasn’t prepared to tell him he hung up.
He was well spoken with Indian Accent.

0483 916 784 a lady with an accent (possbily Indian), claiming to be calling regarding visa debit card issue. This connected the call asap as this is a scam. Banks do not call using a mobile number. Also, always say you will call the bank back directly.

It’s frustrating that this fu*king scammers will not stop calling. They call and it’s an automated voice saying from some company in Asia. Don’t bother picking up or calling it back.
