Caller: "Visa technical department"

Called me from "Visa Technical Department" but could not tell me who they were looking for.

This guy called claiming he was from the Commonwealth Bank and there had been a $499.00 transaction on my account. I wasted his time for ages, never saying the word "Yes". When he asked when the last time i used the account. 30 years ago - he then asked how can this be but wouldn't accept that i had closed my CBA accounts 30 years ago. Eventually i hung up on him.

Spam Caller WILL KILL SOMEONE ONE DAY WITH THESE SCAM CALL'S ... A recent Ebay purchase (free postage)and within 10 minutes a scam call for $999 said from from paypal ,press 1 customer service or 2 to accept payment=i said is this Legitimate or a scam,He hung up ,CHECK YOUR Pay Pal people !

Have been getting calls from unknown numbers almost every hour since 10 o’clock today. I haven’t answered any of them but have looked up each number and found they have all been reported by others as scammers. Reports seem to have started around 01 June and seem to show some similar characteristics.
Numbers so far are:
(03) 4321 2750, (03) 4321 2735, 0483 915 460, 0483 915 953, (07) 4277 2759.

Pretending to be Telstra. New my bill details, acccount number and email address. Be careful

girl hung up when said hi same girl who has been ringing me all week from amazon support scam department

They said I had earned 1/2 price off my bill but needed to confirm details when I refused they hung up on me

Indian female called to say that I had a debit card tx from a John Mathews earlier today and asked if it was authorised. She said that she will assist me in resoving the matter if it was not authorised. I asked for which bank the transaction had happened with. She replied that it was with the Commonwealth. I dont have an account with the Commonwealth, called her a scammer and she hung up.

I said hello, Asian sounding female said hello and then they hung up. I tried calling the number back but I am unable to.. smells like a scam

Answered and they said "Hello we're calling from the India Technical Department regarding your internet connection."

Told them they've called an order line for takeaways and they hung up.

Obvious scam.

Scam call. Today it was the "bank"" calling to confirm my payment to Western Union, press 1 to confirm or 2 to talk to their "operator".

Just block the number.....

Not sure who this is
