Caller: Indian lady claiming to be from telstra

scam ip address claiming to be from telstra but number is registered with optus. Told me that ppl in her country (India) were using my ip address and wanted me to type something into my computer. kept asking me for my ip address but told her she should know it if she knew ppl were using it. Trying to gain remote access.

Robot call regarding a payment on a visa card, press 1 to approve or press 2 to decline or my way is to hang up instead, block the number and delete. Scam call

Scam call falsely claiming to be from Telstra. No response when you ask them about calls from Telstra now coming from Mobile numbers. Just dumbfounded silence. They really do not like it when you start talking to them about how much their life must suck to work in a scam call centre that nobody falls for and how pathetic they must be.

Recorded message about authorisation for an overseas credit card purchase of $1300 and press 1 to apporvove or decline. Definitely not one of our purchases.

Received a message that a call had come from this number but no message was left and a warning exclamation mark showed up by the missed call details stating that this number was a potential fraud. Thanks to everyone who reported this number and to Reverse Australia for having this feedback section, I deleted the message and blocked the sender!

Indian man from Telstra tried to scare me by saying my internet is now going to be cut off immediately because of criminal use. He pretended to know my name and wanted confirmation. I went silent in fear and listened as he kept asking questions. After a minute of me saying nothing he spoke to his call centre offsider and then hanged up.

Caller sounded Indian male. Claiming to be from NBN. Advised me that they had received a lot of complaints from my area about about the internet. Offered to upgrade NBN. I hung up.

Caller: Didn’t catch the name

Claimed to be from NBN. Said speed was slow. We hung up.

caller (with Indian accent) claimed to be from Amazon Security saying that my purchase of $1700 iphone 11 could not go through and needed another credit card for purchase
