Caller: Appeared to be an Amazon rep Asked about canceling my Amazon prime account and wanted me to fill out a cancellation form. My account had been discontinued for two years.

Caller: Appear to be NBN representative B eaware, received a call from 0483 900 790. He asked me that my NBN is compromised and IP address is now public bla bla. I asked him to provide me my account number and he hung up.
