Claimed to be from Telstra but clearly not

Caller: Claimed to represent banking, credit card

Official female voice requesting pushing response buttons on possible scam credit charge! Banks do not ph. Out of the blue. Went to voice mail, hence message. Deleted + blocked.

When I called there was no ring tone, just a message saying "your call could not be connected"
