Caller: 0483 812 013 Got SMS claiming a package is waiting for me with a suspicious URL. Whois can't determine who that domain belongs to - looks like a scam / phishing attempt to me

I got an SMS saying 'Dear ***(my name), Ur delivery has been stopped at our depot today. #CS(02) 7900 3594DE. Please resolve the issue here: http://mh5q.com/XYX00' I was not expecting any parcel and it doesn't seem legit.

Suspicious looking message:
"There is a parcel(HAR-V481-N0R) waiting to be collected by A: http://a.q4ua.com/fW5Cq You took one of the spots on our 29/10-list."
Was not expecting any parcel and no company name which makes me think it is a scam
