So Telstra should please explain as some sort of regulator how that number is able to ring me and yet be ringing from a number that is not even connected . Surely this is some sort of insidious criminal practice that is completely illegal on the aspect of fair communication practice andbty misuse of a carriage service that falls in the definite area of criminal acts liable to prosecution for each single act that is committed .
