This caller identified himself as calling from Amnesty International, but there was something odd about the way the call, it was slow, he spoke strangely slowly. It didn't feel right. They may not be the charity, but posing as the charity.

I answered the called and no one spoke then they hung up on me

Called the number back and it says its originated from there and its a charity which you may support calling.
