no voivce on phone when answered, no connection when called back. scam.

Against all my judgement I answered - today it was another energy comparison company blah blah blah - no thank you, hang up.

No answer, keeps calling, if you respond or pickup then your number is confirmed as a valid number. Brute force way to harvest genuine phone numbers then sell to scammers for further processing. I don't know why the government doesn't do anything about this. Why it is so easy to do this in Australia.
