Debt Collector-speaks fast and confusingly.

Told him I wasn't verifying anything on a private number, called me back on this mobile number. Googled number-told me nothing which I told him. Got angry and hung up on me >.< guess whos getting registered for free samples!

For the past 2 years and up until now, I have been receiving harassing calls every 1/2 hour from 9am-8pm every single day and also emails from this company called “Transaction Capital Finance Australia” imposing to be debt collector for Vodafone. I do not have any debt with Vodafone. I have even called Vodafone twice and they verified with me that I do not owe Vodafone any money. However, this Transaction Capital Finance Australia still keeps on harassing me and calling me every day asking me to pay them, no matter how many times I tell them that I do not owe money to Vodafone and that I will not be giving any personal details to them, they continue to call me every day and email. I have already made a complaint against this company to NSW FairTrading, TIO, ACCC and Scam watch.

No they are NOT debt collectors. They are scammers - have sent me 2 x letters already saying that I have a debt with Vodafone- I have never been with Vodafone. When I look up comments for the number to call on their debt notice everyone has commented that they get scam calls from that number to pay bills they don't have.

These people have been harassing me for months now. I checked their website and they are scammers. They claim to be debt collectors. I checked them out through Finance registration people and ASIC and they look very suss. Check reviews on their website. Be very cautious.

I have a debt from Origin Energy listed on my Equifax file now in the hands of Transaction Capital Finance who listed a default against me. I'm really wanting to pay and get the default off my file. I'm wanting to buy a house. Now I'm really freaking out after reading all of the comments here and other places as well. Any advice is very muvh appreciated please.

Continuing calls and text messages every day demanding I pay for a non existant account. Requests for a reconfiguring my phone, annoying and harrassing. If anyone from this place is reading, you need to cease and desist..immediately! Scam? Most definitely!

Absolutely scam!!! Called with an office number, when I hanged up they changed a mobile number, asked for personal details, said it’s urgent, and never stopped!!!

They called on a private number two days in a row, they wanted me to verify my personal details such as my birthday address so they can give me further information about my debt I told them that I will not be giving any personal details tour company that a number does not show up on my phone I told her to call me with a normal number so she called me with this number (her voice time was very aggressive) I told her that I have researched her number and it is come up as a scam for Vodafone and the call ended..

Sending me a message saying it’s AGL was a lie then they tell me I owe money call me every single day tell them I’m going to report then they still call

They keep calling and say I have a debt with Vodafone, made the mistake of answering it last year (2020) and now they just won’t leave me alone, last year they stated I owed $46 to Vodafone then they called again a year later and trying to tell me I now owe Vodafone $1,115 when I’ve never even had a plan with Vodafone? Definite scammers.

These people are the absolute worst! They never stop. They say they are debt collectors - once you pick up once they will never stop BEWARE!!

They called me the first time and were just heavily breathing, called me a second time on No caller ID and did the same thing

Received a call from this number from a male with a hard to understand accent. He was looking for someone named Peter, when I told him he had the wrong number he accused me of lying because he supposedly spoke with Peter on this exact number in October 2020 (he did not, as I have had the same number for over three years now). He then proceeded to ask me to pass on a message to Peter that Transaction Capital Finance was trying to get in contact with him. I told him I wasn't able to pass on the message because I don't know Peter. Obviously unhappy with my response, he proceeded to warn me that my my 'lies' were being 'call recorded'. At this point I hung up. DO NOT TRUST THIS CALLER.

Asking for your Name, DOB, Drivers License number. Weird

I missed a call from 0481 909 583, when I called back I reached voicemail for Trans Capital Finance

I had a same call asking for my personal details like date of birth and etc. I said I have no dealing with your company and never heard this name and then the lady on phone started harrassing that cops will come after you soon blah blah.. I guess its a scam so better don't provide any personal info to them as there is alot of identity theft these days.
